Over the past two years, the Ramgarh Project has made significant strides in empowering girls in Ramgarh. By providing essential tools and resources, the project has helped girls from 9th to 12th grade gain the skills and confidence they need to pursue brighter futures. Key achievements include:
- Establishing computer labs equipped with the latest technology, enabling students to access digital learning resources and develop essential technical skills.
- Upgrading WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) facilities in the schools to ensure a clean, safe, and healthy learning environment for the students.
- Hosting career fairs where girls had the opportunity to explore a wide range of career paths, engage with role models, and participate in hands-on experiences.
- Conducting psychometric and aptitude assessments to help girls identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. This has allowed for more personalized guidance and mentorship, helping each girl make informed decisions about her future.
