The C19 RM KP grant to build a strong, sustainable, and resilient mechanism to address the needs of the key population through a community response implemented through SRs.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Deputy Director Finance – GFATM, the Finance Manager will be responsible for day to day activities of financial and grant management and provide all support to him on the grant. S/he will provide financial management support on various aspects of financial, grant, audit, and support to sub recipients of GFATM Projects and visit to various partners to review and strengthen the financial system according to grant.S/he will be responsible to provide day-to-day technical support to finance and account coordinators.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Finance Manager will work in close coordination with team to ensure that the project financial activities are executed on time and real time information are available for senior managementand will be responsible for the following major activities:
Responsibilities
1. Develop and update standard guidelines and systems for finance management for the project (both for Principal Recipient and Sub Recipients);
2. Develop check list and undertake pre-grant assessment of sub-recipients;
3. Ensure compliance to financial and grant management for the project towards minimization and elimination of financial risks;
4. Execute financial review and monitoring, on-site-data-validation and provide technical assistance to the sub-recipient partner organizations;
5. Ensure the training for finance teams of sub-recipient partners through supportive monitoring visits.
6. Communicate with donors, auditors and other statutory bodies with regard to the project;
7. Support to senior management team on the budget and forecast preparations and revisions;
8. Assist and take up the various routine Finance and Accounting functions of the project at Principal Recipient as per requirements
9. Ensure the verification, approve payment requisitions and fund requests submitted by the sub-recipient partners.
10. Preparation and submission of timely and accurate financial reports to Sr. Finance Manager and Project Director for informed decision;
11. Receive, Review, Reconcile and consolidate monthly / quarterly financial reports of sub-recipient partners.
12. Participate in periodic reviews of the project progress by technical team;
13. Assist in periodic financial audits and donor reviews, and adherence to recommendations made by the auditors and donor.
14. Undertake any other activities as required by the organization.
15. Other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education and Experience
1. Post graduate / Graduate Degree in Commerce/ candidate having additional professional qualifications (Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA) will be given preference.
2. 5-8 years of working experience in financial management and grant management in development sector;
3. Proven ability at Managerial level, overseeing financial management and partners management of multi-state complex projects with tight
deadlines and ambitious targets
4. Proven ability in interfacing with donors and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and working knowledge of Hindi.
6. Willingness to travel extensively to all the project implementation states and sub-grantee partner organizations.
7. Ability to train and mentor the junior staff as well as the finance staff of the partner organizations in accounting work / financial management.
8. Proven skills in program-finance variance analysis, preparation of budgets and forecasts.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Admin Coordinator will be reporting to the Manager Admin GFATM will be responsible for supervising, strengthening and managing the operations portfolio of the project. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, supervising and controlling the delivery of administrative, logistical, and legal services. This includes managing daily operations, and planning administrative services. S/he will be responsible for the management of the overall quality and efficiency of operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a project based position responsible for supervising, strengthening and managing the operations portfolio of the project.
1. Ensure procedures and standards are applied consistently,
2. Ensure Plan India’s performance management procedures and standards used to induct, manage and develop staff members are adhered for development of operations team,
3. Organize purchase processes for all required materials and assets of the project as per donor and Plan procedures,
4. Oversee the administration and maintenance of fixed assets and other property belonging to the project,
5. Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards and make necessary adjustments;

14. Oversee the procurement process and ensure that the procurement is completed in time and in a very cost effective manner for goods and services;
15. Lead the bidding process in case of high value procurement. Make sure all the requirement as per the bidding policy are followed to ensure transparency;
16. Arrange and follow Plan India’s purchase / procurement policy and purchase /procurement guidelines and norms for all type of procurement (goods and services);
17. Work with purchase committee for all purchase as per the organization policy;
18. Lead and manage the market survey in order to assess the market trends and to know average costs of material/items needed by Plan India, availability of types of goods/materials and services and share the same to the management;
19. Undertake field visits to understand the nature of suppliers in the field area (i.e. When procurement happens in the field);
20. Recommend deviations with alternate procedures to the management where Plan India processes cannot be implemented;
21. Maintain market price/rate of all goods/materials generally purchased by Plan India;
22. Ensure Plan India’s procurement norms are accordance with the local statutory requirement. Any difference should be brought to the attention of the management;
23. Ensure vendors/suppliers list with their contact details is maintained and updated on regular basis.
24. Ensure procurement files are maintained in an appropriate fashion and order including – requisition, quotes/bids, comparison, evaluation, approval, contract/purchase order, delivery note etc. for each purchase;
25. Make sure that the goods are safe and secured against damaged including insurance coverage;
26. Ensure a high quality service in the communication with external customers and clients through reception, telephone response, mail reception and dispatch;
27. Supervise and coordinate the booking-system for local, national and international travel and transport of the project staff;
28. Define minimum standards and maximum amounts for travel-related accommodation and subsistence expenditure;
29. Elaborate and regularly update essential information on available venues for accommodation and events in key cities;
30. Issuing security advisory to staff travelling to/ within/outside India;
31. To promote the development of appropriate security information networks relevant to all Plan India teams working in India.
Legal Responsibilities
1. Manage all Service and Purchase Contracts with external contractors;
2. Support other departments in the elaboration and revision of agreements with partner organizations;
3. Liaise with Government authorities /agencies in order to maintain smooth functioning of Plan’s work in the country;
4. Coordinate with legal advisor for all agreements other than the labour contracts;
5. Serve as primary liaison to legal counsel in addressing legal issues e.g. copyright, antitrust, governing instruments, partnerships, licensing etc.
6. Oversee organizational insurance policies of the project.
Basic Requirements
1. Post Graduate with minimum 8 years progressive experience in administration function of middle to large scale organization;
2. Experience in an International Development Organization would be an advantage;
3. Excellent lateral co-ordination and resourcefulness traits;
4. A very thorough understanding of different communication preferences – of different people, dealing with a wide range of stakeholders and being comfortable with a bi-lingual mode of expression;
5. Should possess knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process;
6. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources.

BRIEF ABOUT PROJECT:
The project aims to reach out to as many members of the KP community groups (People with Trans-feminine and Trans-masculine identities, People who inject/use drugs, People/Children living with HIV and women in Sex Work); and their social and sexual partners; at-risk adolescents and youth and PLHIV and their children.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective program related communication strategies.
- Develop communications materials and collaterals related to small and large-scale events, including branding, website, messaging, talking points, PowerPoint slides, and print materials.
- Interact with beneficiaries in the field and SR partners, to understand, document and compile all the program reacted best practices/success stories.
- Respond to all communications in a timely manner and keep a record of all communications, and evidence of meetings such as photos, PPTs and videos.
- Create social media content and for posting on different media handles of the organization and drive program awareness through social media campaigns. Coordinate with various virtual platforms for HIV related navigation of services.

12. Ensure compliance of all financial operations of SRs and Vendor on a regular basis in accordance with laid down financial systems and procedures;

Job Summary

Their contributions are crucial to the country’s GDP, as they keep supply chains intact and industries operational. Despite their significant role, the health and well-being of truckers are often overlooked, leading to a range of health issues that can affect their quality of life and job performance.
The project intent to provide both health and non-health services with a focus on overall wellbeing by adopting person-centered and resource-effective approach to deliver various disease screening, mental health services, NCD checkup and common sessional ailments. A major thrust of the project would be to support the truckers and allied population in addressing their life style disorders. Therefore, a comprehensive package of services like resting space, recreational services, gym, toilet and bathing facilities would be created which would be utilized by the project beneficiaries as per their free will. The intervention would be implemented in close coordination with public and private health setup in the district and state.
JOB SUMMARY
Doctor would be responsible to manage and provide all clinical services like various disease screening/testing, general checkup, screening for NCDs, treatment for all sessional illness. He would also support and help in coordinating with other institutions in organizing eye camps, dental camps and other need-based services for the truckers and allied population at the project site office and around the catchment area. The doctor would also be responsible to calculate the quarterly medicine requirement and share the same with Site-In-Charge and Project Manager.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet the project beneficiaries (truckers and allied population) with empathy and respect and offer them mandatory and need based clinical /medical services.
In case beneficiary need any referral services, offer them the required referral support and sought counselor or LTs help in ensuring the beneficiary has no problem in accessing referral facility.
Ensure medical services are offered through clinical set up at project site office as well as health camps are organized around the catchment areas as decided in the monthly work plan.
Advice truckers and allied population on healthy lifestyle, counsel the beneficiaries about the importance of regular exercise to address the common challenges faced by them due to long driving hours and constant sitting/incorrect posture. Ensure that gym and other recitational facilities available at project site office are optimally utilized.
Ensure auditory and visual privacy of patients/truckers and other allied population.
Ensure clinic should have functional equipment like:
Follow Syndromic Case Management (SCM) while treating STI/RTIs.
Ensure that the case records are maintained as per the guidelines and formats shared by the project team. He/ She verify these records on timely basis and Site-In-Charge needs to validate and then share it with M&E team at defined interval.
Focus on preventive services for all contagious diseases, with special reference to close contacts management, condom use, follow ups and management of treatment side effects.
Emphasis on treatment compliance and better treatment outcomes for all diseases.
Counselling of patients leading to improved knowledge on causative factors, transmission and prevention of RTIs/STIs, TB, Hepatitis etc.
Offer counselling services for HIV/AIDS testing and establish linkages with ART center with respect to persons who are detected HIV positives.
Refer clients to ICTC, PPTCT, DMC, ART, PLHA network etc. based on need.
Refer clients to other relevant health facilities like TB, Hepatitis, NCDs for further required services
Coordination with other stakeholder and NGOs working on relate issues in and around Mundra.

ELIGIBILITY
The desired qualification is MBBS with Medical Council of India/State Medical Council registration.

The LT/ Pharmacist, will primarily be responsible for providing screening and other clinical services in assistance with the doctors around various diseases at the project site and during the outreach activities (health camps and awareness drives organized at different catchment locations). The position is also responsible for dispensing medicine to project beneficiaries. Assist Doctor in maintaining necessary medicine and other clinical commodities in sufficient quantities by doing quarterly forecasts.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To assist the doctor in smooth running of the project clinic on a day to day basis and also coordinate in conducting outreach camps in the catchment area.
To carry out the diagnostic tests/ laboratory tests as per the requirement and feasibility.
Storing specimens properly in refrigeration units, sample dishes, or other containers.
To dispense the medicines /drugs to the patients prescribed by the doctor.
To network with other diagnostic labs for testing of samples and ensure reports are received on time and shared with clients as required. To ensure provision of necessary diagnostic services for the truckers which are currently not available at the project clinic through coordinated and planned visits or camps.
To take appropriate action for Bio Medical waste management in coordination with the doctors at the site office clinic as well as during the outreach health camps.
To maintain cold chain for drugs as per the protocol in consultation with the Doctor.
Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure its proper functioning. In case of any discrepancy bring it to Doctor and Site-In-Charges notice immediately.
Generate awareness regarding the availability of various clinical and other services among the truckers and allied population at the site office and during outreach camps.
To undertake preliminary screening or bring in suspected cases of chronic diseases- e.g. TB, Blindness, HIV, Leprosy, diabetes, Hypertension, asthma, epilepsy, childhood disability, severe malnutrition etc.
To work in coordination with other staff members for quality monitoring and keep the required documents/records as per project guidelines.
Assist doctor in compiling the monthly report of the client’s check-up or treatment or referred through site clinic and outreach camps.
Assist in forecasting the medicine and other commodities requirements on a monthly and quarterly basis in coordination with the Doctor.

The counsellor will also support Site – In – Charge in monthly planning of program activities keeping project deliverables in mind.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Clinical Services:
Conduct routine health check-ups and screenings for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV and other diseases as per program mandate.
Assist Medical practitioner in provisioning of clinical services to the project beneficiaries.
2. Counselling Services:
Assist the project team in development of training capsules on various health and non-health issues to be used for orientation and sensitization of project beneficiaries.
Conduct awareness sessions and training program for the project beneficiaries on various medical topics and social welfare schemes including financial management/planning topics.
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for individuals at risk of or affected by HIV/AIDS, TB, STI, Hepatitis and other lifestyle disorders.
Provide emotional support, risk reduction counselling, and health education to project beneficiaries.
Provide mental health screening and provide appropriate counselling or referral for specialised services.
Promote health life style and importance of seeking health services at the earliest in case of any health challenge.
Conduct need-based partner and/or family counselling these could be in-person sessions or virtual sessions.
3. Prevention and Awareness:
Implement strategies for preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS, TB, STI, Hepatitis and other lifestyle disorders, including the promotion of safe sex practices, condom distribution, and awareness campaigns for the truckers and allied population.
Conduct outreach activities to educate truckers and allied population on various issues covered under the project.
4. Testing and Referral:
Assist and carry out various disease screening/testing and facilitate the referral of individuals to appropriate healthcare services for disease confirmation &/or linkages with treatment.
Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in testing and counselling procedures.
5. Community Engagement: (Truckers and Allied Population Including Key Stakeholders)
Engage with the community to build trust and promote the utilization of healthcare and Non-health related services.
Collaborate with trucker’s association, truck owners and other stakeholders in coordination with other project staff to enhance the effectiveness of program interventions.
6. Data Collection and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counselling sessions, screening, and other outreach activities as per program design.
Compile and submit regular reports to Site-In-Charge on program activities, achievements, and challenges.
7. Collaboration with Stakeholders:

JOB PURPOSE:
Plan India is implementing Sarthak Phase -II in Medak district of Telangana and Khurda district of Odisha. Through the project we aim to strengthen the child protection mechanisms in the target districts by working in close collaboration with the District Child Protection Units. This position will aim to improve the access to the justice system of the families (Parents) and child survivors by strengthening investigative, legal and support services through collaborative efforts with the District Child Protection Units (DCPU) in respective districts; more in particular in collaboration with the Child Welfare Committees (CWC) in the project districts. The collaboration with the DCPU will help to provide the children the immediate support such as counselling, medical support, legal support etc. and will ensure that the survivors get justice, and they are able to restart their lives afresh with the help of psycho-social support, guidance, family reintegration, victim compensation and by accessing the Govt. sponsored Social Protection Schemes.
The project will provide these supports by creating increased awareness among the parents, communities, schools, and children and among the Govt. service providers. Increased awareness will ensure mandatory reporting to police or to other relevant authorities for initiating the process of investigation and onward actions as prescribed by the law. The project will collaborate with the judiciary/ public prosecutors (Justice System) Juvenile Justice Board, Dept. of Women and Child Development and statutory bodies like District Legal Service Authority (DLSA), Child Welfare Committees (CWC). Such collaboration will aim to ensure victim compensation, Institutional Care, counselling support etc. Project will also aim to improve these systems at the district level, so that the ripple effect of the project reach out to other districts of the state/s, and overall gender responsive approaches could be established in the state for the survivors of GBV. This project will engage with the Legal Services Authorities, which provides legal support to the survivors of GBV, Police which helps to enforce the law, State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, the Doctors for medical aid & services, Indian Medical Association etc. to ensure that the system is strengthened and coherent to provide support to the survivors of child sexual abuse of Gender Based Violence.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Social Worker will work closely with the village, block and district level child protection & delivery system; with the communities, schools, children & young people, local governance representatives and generate awareness amongst them on the issues pertaining to GVB amongst children. The SW will be responsible for undertaking different awareness generation initiatives within schools and communities aiming to prevent and safeguard children from potential incidents of CSA. The SW will also facilitate care and guidance to the GBV survivors and their families. S/he will ensure mandatory reporting of incidents they’ll come across, right referral for the care and treatment of the survivors at the response centres like hospitals, medical units, including referrals to Child Care Institutions (CCI), CWC for further case management and support. The position holder will work closely with the Support Service Providers (SSP) placed in the DCPUs for facilitation of Legal Aid and psychosocial support to the child survivors and their families.
Under the support and guidance of the State Project Coordinator, the Social Worker/s will collect data of the CSA/ GBV incidents amongst children to ensure their end to end “reporting-management-referral & rehabilitation pathway”. S/he will also follow standard operating procedures (SOP) of the state for referral of GBV survivors and share their experiences and learnings in course of following the SOPs aiming to review and revise the SOP as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Undertake rapid survey on the CSA/ GBV amongst children
Enlist schools and their details in the district
Undertake community and school awareness programmes in schools and communities
Provide guidance to children, YP, Parents in case of reported incidents
Provide monthly quarterly and yearly data to the PC – Sarthak.
Assist the Support Service Providers (DCPU) for initiating comprehensive assistance to GBV survivors in the district.
Prepare Case Records of the GBV/ CSA survivor and share it with Plan India’s Support Service Providers (DCPU).
Organise and facilitate Life Skills sessions for the school-children in the selected schools.
Work together with the children, parents, communities, Para Legal Volunteers of the Govt. to develop culture sensitive, user-friendly Information Education and Communication Materials for raising awareness on GBV/ CSA amongst children, parents and all relevant stakeholders.
Provide guidance and motivate parents/ children (survivors) for mandatory reporting of the incidents through relevant authorities or through using the Govt. provided Help Lines.
Participate in “Service Providers Mapping” activities in the blocks/ district.
Support individuals in risk of GBV or survivors, by referring them when necessary and in respect of their consent to other service providers (health, legal assistance, shelter/safe space, livelihoods, financial support).
Ensure Do No Harm Approach is applied in all activities conducted in work with all children including the survivors.
Identify opportunities for awareness raising, whether in schools, community centres or other safe spaces; plan the sessions; conduct the sessions
Identify protection concerns of girls & boys within the communities in the intervention area i.e. any trends should be reported to the respective manager and advocate for gaps in GBV response and referral procedures.
Receive referrals, take action and provide feedback of actions taken in a timely manner to the Project Coordinator when necessary.
Strengthen and maintain networks with community leaders, women leaders, service providers and camp management to ensure that survivors receive compassionate support from the community and to encourage greater communication, collaboration and coordination among partners (protection, health, legal, and psychosocial sectors)
Work in collaboration with Program Officer, Support Services (DCPU) to ensure ongoing needs of the girls & boys are being met through prevention-related activities.

Reckitt led Self Care for New Moms and Kids under 5 Project has developed an innovative program addressing the needs of health, hygiene, nutrition, self-care and gaps in awareness, agency, and access for new mothers, expecting mothers, women planning pregnancy and malnourished children. The project aims to increase awareness about the importance of health, hygiene and nutrition and how to address health-related aspects around it along with creating a sustainable and enabling environment for it.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The State Project Manager will be responsible to ensure that project is implemented successfully in the assigned project states. Project Overview
Plan India has been selected as Sub Recipient by National AIDS Control Program under Global Fund grant cycle for the period from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2027 (GC7) for “Strengthening strategic communication to enhance the delivery of HIV prevention to care continuum programs”. As part of this initiative, Plan India has to develop and deliver different communication packages including SBCC toolkit, Multimedia Campaign strategy and creatives, organising national events, developing and designing NACO’s publications and managing Social Media campaigns. For undertaking this project, the team at Plan India has onboarded communication agency and vendors for the project period
Job Summary
Reporting to Manager Administration, the Administration Coordinator/Officer will be responsible to provide day-to-day office management and logistics support to the NACO
Roles & Responsibilities:
The administrative Assistant will work in close coordination with the project team and provide all support to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and will be responsible for the following major activities:
1. Implement end-to-end office administrative services, as per the defined policies/ processes and budgets;
2. Manage and maintain office supplies such as pantry items, stationery, company letterheads, envelopes, housekeeping supplies, etc.;
3. Liaise with Govt. official on travel, tickets arrangement and collecting the necessary documents;
4. Ensure proper hospitality services are provided to guests/visitors in a timely manner;
5. Ensure timely utility bill payments and other maintenance payments;
6. Ensure timely and effective resolution of administration-related issues and queries;
7. Organize quotations (for hotels and air fares) and assist in preparing budgets for visits, meetings, workshops, and events. Ensure that hotel empanelment is done for the frequently visited places;
8. Assist in preparing travel requisitions in electronic Information Management System (eIMS);
9. Responsible for ensuring timely travel and logistical arrangements related to visits, meetings, workshops and events. This includes coordination for requisite approvals, arranging for flights/ trains, airport transfers, local conveyance, hotel bookings, conference rooms, refreshments, etc.;
10. Ensure preparation of conference / meeting kits as requested by NACO Comms staff;
11. Coordinate with relevant internal / external stakeholders for effective execution of visits, meetings, workshops and events, as required;
12. Focal point for the travel agents for NACO Communication Project and to monitor the level of service provided by them;
13. Verify all the bills sent by hotels / travel agents after completion of visits, meetings, workshops, events, etc., and submit these to Accounts for further processing;
14. Responsible for preparation of regular (monthly/quarterly/annual) management reports, relating to Administration and Logistics;
15. Build and maintain positive working relationships with all members of staff and contacts both within and outside the project and provide support to the staff on issues relating to Administration and logistics;
16. Other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor.

In phase I, GF grant cycle April 2021- March 2024, under the guidance of NACO, 74 One Stop Centres (OSC) for KP (Transgender persons & People who inject Drugs) and bridge population have been established as person-centered and resource-effective approach to deliver an integrated HIV prevention- care cascade services to new and uncovered key and bridge population, that were beyond reach of traditional HIV programs, thereby eliminating facility navigation bottlenecks and contributing towards improved individual as well as community level health outcomes. These one stop centres have been positioned strategically at locations after due consultations with the SACS/DAPCU and the community members.
Job Summary
Logistic Assistant at One Stop Centre (OSC) plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by providing comprehensive logistical support. On job responsibilities include- front desk management, supply chain management,tracking of commodity distribution, quality assurance, asset management, budget management;and assisting and collaborating with other OSC team members.
Role and Responsibilities
Specific roles and responsibilities of the Logistic Assistant of One Stop Centre would be as follows:
OSC front desk/reception area
Management of OSC especially front office tasks including client registrations.
Navigation of clients to services, responding to queries, record keeping and maintenance of relevant documents and files.
Accompanying OSC team during demand generation meetings, health camps, networking meetings and other events
Supply Chain Management
Manage and coordinate the procurement of supplies, equipment, and commodities.
Maintain an organized inventory of all logistical assets and commodities.
Arrange commodities based on their expiry dates.
Distribution and Dispatch
Coordinate the distribution of supplies to different program locations or outreach sites.
Quality Assurance
Monitor the quality of indented commodities (for e.g. Viability of screening kits) and equipment to ensure they meet the required standards.
Conduct regular checks to verify the condition of materials/commodities in storage.
Asset Tracking
Implement systems for tracking and managing program assets, including equipment, MIS formats and commodities.
Maintain accurate records of asset/commodity usage and maintenance.
Budget Management
Assist Centre Manager in advance budget planning for the upcoming month, based on activities and staff travel planned. Compilation and management of logistics-related expenses.
Track expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Provide timely feedback to the Centre Manager.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to logistics, including invoices, receipts, and delivery records.
Prepare regular reports on logistics activities for program management.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with program policies, regulations, and procurement procedures.
Collaboration with Program Teams
Collaborate with OSC staff to understand logistical needs for different activities.

The ANM-cum-Counsellor-OSC, will primarily be responsible for providing screening and counselling services to OSC clients.
Role and Responsibilities
Clinical Services
Conduct routine health check-ups and screenings for sexually transmitted infections (STIs), HIV and other diseases as per program mandate.
Assist Medical practitioner in provisioning of clinical services to OSC clients.
Counselling Services
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for individuals at risk of or affected by HIV/AIDS.
Provide emotional support, risk reduction counselling, and health education to OSC clients.
Provide mental health screening and provide appropriate counselling or referral for specialised services.
Conduct need-based partner and/or family counselling.
Prevention and Awareness
Implement strategies for preventing the spread of HIV/AIDS, including the promotion of safe sex practices, condom distribution, and awareness campaigns.
Conduct outreach activities to educate communities about HIV/AIDS prevention.
Organise & actively engage in demand generation activities at OSCs
Testing and Referral
Conduct HIV & other disease testing and facilitate the referral of individuals to appropriate healthcare services for disease confirmation &/or linkages with treatment.
Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in testing and counselling procedures.
Community Engagement
Engage with the community to build trust and promote the utilization of healthcare services.
Collaborate with community leaders and organizations to enhance the effectiveness of program interventions.
Data Collection and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of counselling sessions, screening, and other outreach activities as per program design.
Compile and submit regular reports to Centre Manager on program activities, achievements, and challenges.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, NGOs, government agencies, and community-based organizations involved in HIV/AIDS prevention and care.
Prepare a plan to improve linkages with ICTCs / FICTCs ensuring sharing of line listing of referred clients from Non-TI to ICTC, maintenance of referral cards and referral registers.
Engage effectively with providers of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Sex Re-assignment Surgery (SRS) etc. through other stakeholders and maximise the scope of service provisioning to OSC clients.
Engage effectively with providers of social welfare services and facilitate linkage with social welfare schemes.
Capacity Building
Participate in training programs to enhance self-counselling and clinical skills.
Provide support and Orientation to outreach staff/s on community specific issues and counselling techniques.
Others
Assist Centre Manager in managing OSCs.
Attend review meetings organised by other partners/organisations in place of Centre Manager, as & when required.
Engage in any other task assigned by Centre Manager with regards to program implementation.
Coordinate with Centre Manager to identify the hotspots or sites with low service uptake, increasing defaulters – prepare specific outreach and visit plan to conduct hotspot level meeting.
Ensure compliance with universal precautions for blood safety related issues and Bio medical waste disposal at OSCs.
Ensure proper maintenance of testing/screening kits at OSCs as per cold chain.
Forecasting requirement of testing kits & other commodities at OSCs on monthly basis and ensure adequate stock of the same at any point of time.
Support the Centre Manager (OSC) and Outreach Worker/Mobiliser in service delivery planning and organising health camps/other OSC activities.
Reporting
Reporting to Centre Manager of the project on programmatic issues and to the Medical practitioner on clinical issues.
Qualification and Competencies
Diploma in Nursing (ANM – Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) with relevant registration, with minimum two-year experience of working with a community level health program.
Preference will be given to individuals from KP community (TG/MSM/PWID/FSW/PLHIV). In case of PWID, the candidate should be stable on OST or should have completed OST treatment.
Certification or training in counselling, especially related to HIV/AIDS.
Knowledge of national health policies and guidelines related to HIV/AIDS and other related Health programs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
This role will contribute to this purpose by managing an assigned portfolio of fundraising activities to achieve agreed targets. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will make decisions on how best to deliver activities and be accountable for the development and management of budgets, plans, marketing, stewardship, reporting, and evaluations.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Positively engage with the public and motivate them to support Plan by donating on a long-term
Represent Plan India in different malls, residential premises, etc.
Work with your Team Leader and Coach to achieve weekly quantity and quality fundraising targets.
Raise awareness of Plan’s work with children.
Develop fundraising techniques with your Team Leader and Coach to improve the income of Plan
Ensure you possess relevant collateral/resources to carry out your role
Obtain and identify quality donors using methods outlined in Core Skills training.
Maintain the highest possible standards of integrity, consistent with the Plan’s values.
Treat all information obtained by donors as confidential safe and secure.
Participate in training sessions as directed by your Team Leader or Coach.
Actively share the Plan’s information and fundraising techniques with fellow team members.
Flexible for regular field visits and timings.
ELIGIBILITY (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
Graduate/ Post Graduate
Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
Energy and drive to inspire people
Public Speaking skills
