SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
Under the supervision of Sr. Manager – Finance, the position is responsible for the execution and implementation of Finance budgeting and reporting processes in alignment with the organisation planincluding adoption and improvement of policies and processes aroundeffective grant reporting/management, financial budgeting &planning, management reporting and ensuring timely production of the quality reports that enable the Teams/Management to make timely decisions while ensuring compliance to established donor, government and organisational regulations. KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
FINANCIAL REPORTING&ANALYSIS
To provide detailed reports and financial dashboard to Sr. Manager Financeincluding Plan India’s Budget vs actual spends, Grant and sponsorship detailed MIS, cost ratios etc. to support decision making by the leadership on productivity metrics and cost efficiencies to maintain financial standards and ratios.
Manage effective adoption of the cost recovery policy and recharge mechanism to ensure full recovery of operating cost from relevant grants and sponsorship funds, support in maintaining a monthly tracker by grants.
Conduct detailed analysis and review of budget versus actual at project level and drive effective budget management through Grant Finance and Programme teams

BUDGET MANAGMENT

Manage Quarterly Forecasting process by reviewing detailed project budgets in line with actual spent and cost planned for future months.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Plan India shall be implementing Phase II of Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) supported One Stop Centres program under the grant cycle April 2024- March 2027. In phase I, GF grant cycle April 2021- March 2024, under the guidance of NACO, 74 One Stop Centres (OSC) for KP (Transgender persons & People who inject Drugs) and bridge population have been established as person-centered and resource-effective approach to deliver an integrated HIV prevention- care cascade services to new and uncovered key and bridge population, that were beyond reach of traditional HIV programs, thereby eliminating facility navigation bottlenecks and contributing towards improved individual as well as community level health outcomes. These one stop centres have been positioned strategically at locations after due consultations with the SACS/DAPCU and the community members.
Job Summary
Centre Manager-OSC, will be the overall in-charge of One Stop Centres. The responsibilities include program planning and management, stakeholder engagement, capacity building of staff, community mobilization, monitoring and evaluation, data management, advocacy and communication, quality assurance of program activities, financial management, and engaging in research and innovative practices.
Roles and Responsibilities
Specific roles and responsibilities of the Centre Manager of One Stop Centre would be as follows:
Program Planning and Strategy:
Consult with community and develop newer strategies for maximum program impact based on feedback from the local community members.
Align interventions at the Centre with OSC specific guidance document
Program Management
Over all in-charge of the OSC.
OSC site identification (in case of relocation), management & periodic verification of OSC infrastructure/assets.
Support to organize camps for Community based HIV Screening (CBS).
Oversee the execution and regular evaluation of OSC program at grass root level.
Monitor program timelines & targets, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate with SACS/DAPCU/ICTC/TI to access commodities for OSC such as condoms, lubricants, Needle Syringes, STI drugs, screening kits, etc.
To ensure that strict universal precautions are being followed at OSCs during service delivery.
Coordinate with nearest ICTCs or other government agencies for biomedical waste disposal as per OSC guidelines, in line with Universal guidelines.
Facilitate referrals to the ICTC, ART, DSRC, DOTS and other health/social service centres.
Facilitate linkages for provisioning of additional services at OSCs.
Lead in mainstreaming and transitioning of the OSC activities.
Any other task assigned by Plan India team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with and engage in periodic co-ordination meetings with SACS/DAPCU & other line departments, TIs, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community- based organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective program response.
Attend review and experience sharing meetings organized by Plan India, SACS, DAPCU, NHM or any other stakeholder
Capacity Building
Identify training needs and facilitate capacity-building programs for staff, partners, and community members.
Community Mobilization::
Lead efforts to engage and mobilize communities vulnerable to HIV/AIDS for OSC program interventions.
Foster partnerships with community leaders and organizations (TIs/CBOs) to enhance the reach and impact of program interventions.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Ensure that monitoring and evaluation frameworks are implemented as per program design.

Data Management:

PROJECT OVERVIEW
Plan India, the Principal Recipient (PR) for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) is implementing several projects under the current grant cycle 2021-24.
India is committed to Eliminate Mother to Child Transmission (EMTCT) of HIV and Syphilis by 2024. Plan India is supporting the national EMTCT goals through Project AHANA working towards an AIDS free generation. The project is implemented in 13 states (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tripura and Uttar Pradesh) through 4 Sub Recipients (SR)
Plan India is implementing projects for Key and vulnerable populations (H/TG, PWID/PWUDS, Bridge and Prisoners) to scale up HIV, TB, STI, and viral hepatitis intervention for incarcerated populations at prisons & other closed settings in 5 Eastern and 8 North-Eastern states of India; to promote integrated service delivery by establishing one-stop centers for clinical and behavioral aspects of HIV and social protection services among H/TG, PWUD/PWID, and Bridge population in select locations across India; to build the capacity of H/TG and PWUD/PWID community members and strengthen community systems (CSS) to increase community participation in the national HIV response.
The “Supply Chain Management Strengthening (SCMS) Project for HIV/AIDS and TB drugs” aims to strengthen the technical capacity of the National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Central TB Division (CTD), State AIDS Control Societies (SACS) and State TB Cells (STC) to design, manage and monitor supply chains for improved access and availability of high-quality ARVs, TB drugs, diagnostics and other commodities across India.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Deputy Director Finance – GFATM, the Finance Manager will be responsible for day to day activities of financial and grant management and provide all support to him on the grant. SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
The position is primarily responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager – Corporate Partnerships in fundraising and prospecting new clients for fundraising in India for the assigned geography and for specific NO corporate accounts. The position is also responsible for meeting the CSR/ HR Heads at various corporates to make pitch presentations, creating customized proposals, key account management of existing corporate donors, as well as for donor servicing, query resolution and grant reporting.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGY FOR CORPORATE FUNDRAISING
To support the development of a long-term strategy for ensuring sustainable processes for corporate fundraising in the assigned region
To implement the strategy to meet the fundraising targets for the assigned geography
DONOR PROSPECTING & ACQUISITION
To set up and hold meetings with the senior management teams (such as HR head, CSR head, Marketing head and Head of Corporate Affairs) of potential corporate organizations to explain Plan India’s focus thematic areas and showcase the work currently being done at the grassroots
To explain various avenues, ideas and opportunities to explore mutual areas of interests with potential corporates
To regularly interact and coordinate with the counterparts in NOs for programme funding from international corporates
To support the Sr. Manager in representing Plan India in different corporate forums and events, CSR seminars and conferences, nationally and internationally, to network and with prospective corporates and improve the visibility of the organization
To handhold the Regional/State Managers in the Programme Team in the donor prospecting and acquisition process in the particular Region/State
Create and update the prospect trackers, monthly proposal trackers, and
weekly meeting calendars and submit to the Head – Corporate Partnership
DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
To coordinate with the Programme Implementation team to obtain inputs on current programmes, case studies, etc. that can be incorporated in the pitch presentations
To create pitch presentations, case studies, and audios/videos for showcasing existing interventions
To brainstorm with the team to develop products for corporate fundraising, such as payroll giving and co-branding initiatives
PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT
To ensure the timely development of proposals and concept notes as per donor requirements in coordination with the programme team
To participate in the process of conceptualizing and writing proposals and provide donor perspective and clarify donor requirements
To finalize the proposal to be sent to the donor after incorporating all the feedback received from the Sr. Manager – Corporate Partnerships
DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
To coordinate with the Programme Implementation team to obtain inputs on current programmes, case studies, etc. that can be incorporated in the pitch presentations
To create pitch presentations, case studies, and audios/videos for showcasing existing interventions
To brainstorm with the team to develop products for corporate fundraising, such as payroll giving and co-branding initiatives
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & RETENTION
To extensively communicate with the Programme Implementation team to obtain programme information and updates
To conduct regular meeting with donors to provide them programme updates and current programme status
To ensure regular interaction with the National Office team to share programme updates and exchange information regarding events, activities and new partnerships
To encourage donors to conduct programme visits for getting first-hand experience and information regarding the programmes being implemented by Plan India and their impact
To review the itinerary for field visits and accompany the donors on these field visits
To ensure effective key account management to enhance donor retention and receive grant extensions
DONOR SERVICING
To provide timely resolution of queries raised by corporate donors
To review and ensure timely submission of donor reports to all the corporate donors
To ensure timely, accurate and effective donor servicing in terms of the standard processes, such timely dispatch of donor receipts, tax certificates, sharing the annual reports, etc.
DONOR PIPELINE
To maintain an active pipeline of prospective corporate partners to meet Fundraising targets for Corporate partnerships as per the mandate (twice the fundraising target)
To maintain a pipeline for closures and realizations in the financial year comprising both new and existing corporate partners
PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENTS
To provide inputs for the creation of grant agreements/contract with the corporate partners to ensure they meet donor requirements
To review the grant agreements to ensure compliance to Plan India’s procedures, system and ethical guidelines issues (incl. the CP policy)
To manage the grant agreements for corporate partners in terms of seeking extensions or tracking under-spends
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation; MBA (preferred)
8-10 years of relevant experience

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
Fundraising Manager will be responsible for the ongoing implementation, oversight and management of our in-house face to face fundraising team, to achieve set income and growth targets around donor acquisition, retention and quality. Position holder will also be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies for the organization to support its welfare projects. The post holder will be responsible will be responsible for the project management of a range of donor acquisition activities, with a focus on recruiting new regular giving and cash supporters, across a variety of channels – including Door to Door, Private Sites, Lotteries, Direct Mail etc
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing leadership and guidance to the individual fundraising team in developing core and technical competencies through training and developing staff skills, capabilities, and capacities.
Developing robust and ambitious income and expenditure budgets (including global investment funds) and clear action plans to ensure delivery on, or ahead of, target. A
Strengthening support/operational systems and mechanisms that underpin the delivery of Plan India’s strategic objectives for individual fundraising.
Lead the long-term strategic planning, development, and implementation of individual fundraising activities within the country in order to optimize fundraising and revenue potential with a key focus on optimizing and developing pledge acquisition channels.
Provide leadership, management, and oversight for the Individual fundraising team (and to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan for individual donors, including in terms of vision, strategic focus, and planning.
Lead on the development of creative, generating, engaging and inspiring fundraising materials for every channel
Develop, monitor and manage the Acquisition budget in line with objectives and KPIs, reporting to the Head IFR on income and expenditure and highlighting variances in a timely manner and in line with budget timescales.
Monitor monthly income and expenditure across the Acquisition programme, making sure information is accurate and reconciled where necessary.
Update Acquisition reports using key metrics and KPIs as agreed with the Individual Giving Manager.
Monitor and evaluate all acquisition activity and make recommendations to improve future activity and feed into longer term strategic plans.
Manage the face-to-face and all other off-line and online donor recruitment channels.
Build and develop successful partnerships with external suppliers and manage their performance.
Develop training materials in order to deliver engaging and motivating training to our agency fundraisers.
Work with external creative agencies/freelancers as well as our Communications team to produce engaging recruitment and welcome materials.
Proactively ensure all materials produced are accurate and compliant with relevant data protection and gift aid legislation.
Work closely with the database and finance teams to ensure that all data and income generated through acquisition activity is recorded in an accurate and timely manner.
Be pro-active in undertaking regular competitor reviews, in contributing to product development and innovation, and in attending fundraising networking groups
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
8-10 years of relevant and progressively responsible professional work experience in managing an individual donor fundraising programme together with a proven track record in driving income growth; equivalent direct marketing experience in a commercial context will be considered as a qualifying experience.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Fundraising, or a related field
Significant experience in managing teams to deliver on financial outcomes.
Knowledge of, and experience in, India is an advantage, as is knowledge of, and experience in, other emerging economies, as well as experience of working in international organizations.

SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
The position is responsible for synergising, coordinating and focusing all communication and branding activities towards enhancing the recognition and reinforcing the image of the Plan India brand in line with Plan’s vision, mission and values. The position is also responsible for overseeing the development of the communication content for websites, social media, digital campaigns, donor communication, annual reports, newsletters, etc. and ensuring that all the communication, internal or external, adheres to Plan Communication guidelines.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND & COMMUNICATION STRATEGY & BUDGET
To conceptualise and design internal and external communication annual strategies for Plan India to support programme visibility, advocacy, campaign & fundraising initiatives and in line with products and campaigns
To ensure that Plan India’s communication strategy gets buy in from all stakeholders and is implemented uniformly across all areas of operation
To undertake organisational and environmental analysis, and prepare the budgets, plans and priorities for the vertical
To manage the communications budget and ensure that controls are in place to monitor and report on expenditure and on returns on investments
BRAND MANAGEMENT
To possess thorough knowledge of Plan’s Brand Guidelines and Global Identity (GI) and remain abreast with any changes/ updates to these
To serve as the brand custodian for Plan India to ensure standardization of designs, formats, audio-visuals, templates themes, communication and publicity material, etc. and lead the improvement of the same
To ensure the development of and adherence to processes to monitor compliance of branding norms across operations and ensure that deviations are highlighted and managed
To organise brand trainings with Plan India’s state offices, partners and other stakeholders as necessary
To ensure positive and sustainable coverage through human interest stories reflecting Plan’s programmes
To understand and be an advocate, internally and externally, for the values of Plan India
COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT
To lead the conceptualization and creation of communication and digital products for the Corporate, Institutional and Individual fundraising teams as well as the Programme Implementation and Strategy and Policy teams
To guide creation of donor communication material and collaterals (for current & prospective donors)
To coordinate with Plan International for new products and new communication guidelines
To guide the creation of and review the content for Publications, Annual Reports, Newsletters, Brochures/Leaflets/Collaterals and Images/Photo Essays, and ensure their compliance with the communication guidelines
To guide the planning and execution of Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) campaigns
To ensure clear and timely flow of communication both internally and externally including all NO enquires and website related content
To ensure Plan’s Brand Guidelines are followed and Global Identity (GI) is maintained in all forms of communication
To oversee the management of Plan India’s Resource Centre (RC) and ensure that all information related requirements of both internal and external stakeholders are fulfilled in a timely manner
To develop content for donor and marketing related sections of the Annual Report
To develop and submit reports on donor communication activities to the ARO as required

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT/DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
To ensure that the website is used effectively as an organizational tool and supports the communication needs for all the departments
To ensure timely updates on Plan India’s website and other social media platforms
To guide digital media activities & campaigns
To guide the development of a social media editorial calendar to be followed for managing Plan India’s social media channels
To guide the process of content development and communication through the Plan India’s website and ensure that all web-based content is in line with the organisation’s branding and communication strategy
To ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with applicable laws at all times, including compliance with data protection legislation and CP policy
To recommend suggestions to increase the overall traffic volume on Plan India’s pages and improve overall social media presence of Plan India
To follow-up on new pages and suggest methods to reach the target audience in other ways
To coordinate with other companies’ marketing teams for branding Plan’s content on social media – needs checks, meetings, etc.
COORDINATION & NETWORKING
To ensure timely reporting of information for the functional and financial MIS
To ensure effective coordination with Programme Implementation, Resource Mobilisation and other functions as required for exchange of information and work needs
To coordinate with the State Programme Teams for obtaining communication content and photograph needs as required
To ensure the capacity building of Plan India staff in communication and campaigning work and of the fundraising team in the areas of communication with the donors
To participate in various seminars, workshops, lobbying platforms and other related events to represent Plan India
To increase the visibility of Plan India and provide necessary support to position it as a leading organisation working for child rights

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Mass Communication with strong editorial skills
10– 12 years of relevant experience
Thematic understanding of gender will be an advantage
Strong background in documenting and communicating community stories
An excellent command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in Hindi will be an advantage. Additional knowledge of other Indian languages will be considered an asset.
A flair for technology and demonstrated proficiency with online media
Proven excellent analytical, problem solving and strategic planning skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with high levels of cultural and gender sensitivity
Ability to meet deadlines and fulfil urgent requests when needed
