SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL JOB
This role will contribute to this purpose by managing an assigned portfolio of fundraising activities to achieve agreed targets. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will make decisions on how best to deliver activities and be accountable for the development and management of budgets, plans, marketing, stewardship, reporting and evaluations.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors.
Contact Donors through calls and explain Plan India’s work to members in a clear and exciting way to generate funds to support.
Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers. Develop a long-term relationship with the donor and upgrade them to the donor pyramid.
Meet the fundraising target given by the line manager.
Manage F2F meeting with the donors to upgrade the ticket size.
ELIGIBILITY (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)
Graduate/ Post Graduate
Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
Energy and drive to inspire people
Public Speaking skills
