PROJECT OVERVIEW
Plan India has been selected as Sub Recipient by National AIDS Control Program under Global Fund grant cycle for the period from 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2027 (GC7) for “Strengthening strategic communication to enhance the delivery of HIV prevention to care continuum programs”. As part of this initiative, Plan India has to develop and deliver different communication packages including SBCC toolkit, Multimedia Campaign strategy and creatives, organising national events, developing and designing NACO’s publications and managing Social Media campaigns. For undertaking this project, the team at Plan India has onboarded communication agency and vendors for the project period.

JOB SUMMARY
The Research, Evaluation & Documentation coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing key activities for effective event planning, social media monitoring, and campaign execution. Responsibilities include collaborating with agencies to track campaigns, working with NACO and SACS to develop and implement annual action plans, and creating strategic frameworks for national and state-level events. The position also oversees program performance, financial monitoring, and regular submission of reports to NACO to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and performance.

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Coordination for events
  2. monitoring SM activities and activations.
  3. coordination with agency for monitoring of campaigns
  4. coordination with NACO and SACS for having Annual action plan
  5. developing overall strategies for national and state level events
  6. managing the overall programme performance and monitoring of financial achievements
  7. Report submission to NACO

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Graduation/Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of years2- 5 years of experience in market research, SBCC development, program documentation, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with experience in creating engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis, documentation, and design.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of public health issues, particularly related to HIV/AIDS, is highly desirable.
