Plan India’s efforts during the International Day of the Girl Child was on gender discrimination. Which is why, the prime focus was to put young girls from 10 states into position of power and help build their confidence, Plan India’s Girls Changemakers program provided the platform for girls to take up leaderships roles and make themselves heard.
