Aptly ‘named Sarathi Tuddu (sarathi means charioteer), the girl from a poor home in Bahutia village in Baharagora under East Singhbhum’s Ghatshila subdivision, 85km from the steel city, steered her life to win the Plan India Impact Award 2019 in the youth champion for girl’s rights category in Delhi from actress-activist Shabana Azmi on August 9.
