As one of the many efforts of Palladium to give back to the society, a percentage of their total sale proceeds on September 26th was donated to Plan India, a nationally registered not for profit organisation striving to advance children’s rights and equality for girls, thus creating a lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable and excluded children and their communities. Building on efforts over the past forty years, Plan India impacts the lives of 10 million girls and young women though its’ on- ground programmes and outreach. The cheque was given away by Bollywood actresses Tapasee Pannu & Bhumi Pednekar at the mall. Apart from this, the actresses also interacted with the girls from Plan’s community and posed for pictures as part of Plan India’s #GirlsGetEqualChallenge – a call to support girls rights and equality.
