KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Donor Retention & Acquisition Strategy
- Lead and manage donor retention across all segments – High Net Worth Individuals (HNI), Mid-Value, and Standard Donors.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for donor retention and new donor acquisition.
- Ensure targeted and personalized communication to improve donor lifetime value and engagement.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Build, manage, and train a high-performing donor engagement team across verticals.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, objection handling, and conversion techniques.
- Monitor and review team and individual performance through reports and dashboards.
3. Donor Database & CRM Management
- Oversee and manage the PAN India donor database effectively using CRM tools.
- Ensure timely and accurate donor communications, acknowledgments, and data hygiene practices.
- Track and analyze donor behavior for informed decision-making.
4. Digital Campaigns & Lead Conversion
- Collaborate with the digital team for donor acquisition through campaigns.
- Manage digital lead funnels, allocate leads to team members, and drive conversions.
- Conduct mock calls and lead conversion audits to ensure quality engagement.
5. Donor Communication & Services
- Handle donor feedback, queries, and grievances with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Send regular donation appeals and thank-you emails; maintain consistent donor engagement.
- Coordinate with backend teams for daily online donation confirmations.
6. Events & External Collaborations
- Participate in fundraising events and represent the organization to build donor relationships.
- Generate leads and revenue from events and explore external event partnerships weekly.
- Support donor engagement activities during and post-events.
ELIGIBILITY
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. A Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Non-Profit Management is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience in donor retention, fundraising, or relationship management. Prior experience in the non-profit or development sector is highly desirable.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team management and leadership capabilities.
- Strategic thinking with analytical ability.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines.
- Experience in handling HNI donors and working in donor-facing roles.
