Reporting to: Manager – HR

Contract Duration: 1 year (Extendable)

Level Of Contact With Children: 2 (Sporadic or occasional contact with children)
The position holder shall be responsible to adhere & work within the ambit of Plan India’s Safeguarding& Gender Equality Policies.

Roles &Responsibilities

  • Manage Full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews,offer negotiation and offer roll out, background verification process and onboarding.
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, SoftSkills, Experience and aptitudes.
  • Schedule Panel interview for all the open positions and proper documentation of panel’s feedback/recommendations and filling
  • Prepare documentation of various kinds including offer letter, volunteer letters, intern letters and consultant agreements
  • Provide analytical well documented report & tracker to rest of the team.
  • Support in documentation to meet the audit compliance
  • Support in employee engagement activities & coordination for training programs
  • Any other work assigned by Reporting Manager

Essential Requirements

Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA-HR (preference), Management or related field and a minimum of 1-2years’ experience in HR domain
