Job Title: HR Coordinator
Department: Program Implementation
Based in location: Delhi/ Bangalore
Reporting to: Manager- HR with dotted line to Head Individual Fundraising
Travel : As required
Duration: 1 Year
Level of Contact with Children: 2 (Sporadic or occasional contact with children) The position holder shall be responsible to adhere & work within the ambit of Plan India’s Safeguarding Policy & Gender Equality Policy.

KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in end to end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling interview, offer & negotiation, offer rollout and onboarding of the Fundraising department
- Assess applicant related knowledge, skill, soft skills & aptitude with reference to the job requirement
- Coordination with panel members, schedule interview and proper documentation of panel feedback, recommendation & filing.
- Prepare documents of various kind like offer letter, consultancy agreement.
- Provide analytical well documented report & tracker to rest of the team.
- Documentation & filing
- Overseeing and managing the Operations of Retail Fundraising team
- Managing Exit Process for the fundraising team
- Any other work assigned by reporting manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any domain, preferably in human resource management, human resource hiring or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in development sector as recruiter or a similar role in talent acquisition
- Prior experience in recruitment of fundraising department will be preferred.
HR Documentation & Compliance:
- Issue offer letters, agreements, and maintain employee records
- Support audit compliance through accurate documentation and filing
- Maintain all the records and documentation in hard copy as well as scanned copy
