Position Title - Senior Technical Advisor, Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) and Education

Reports to: Director, Programme Strategy and Policy

Location: New Delhi

Grade: E

Contract Duration: 3 years fixed term contract

Level of Contact with Children: 2 - Sporadic or occasional contact with children (The position holder shall be responsible to adhere and work within the ambit of Plan India's Child Protection and Gender Equality Policies)

Summary

The Senior Technical Adviser (STA) will take the lead in ensuring the design, implementation and monitoring of education and ECCD initiatives. STA is also expected to provide technical leadership, with responsibility for developing clear strategic and operational plans. The Senior Technical Adviser will also identify fundraising needs and will develop proposals.

Summary

This position is responsible for providing thematic support to all the programmes being implemented at the region. This includes providing technical support to State Managers for programme implementation, support to the M&E manager for monitoring and evaluation, capacity building of the partners and proposal development. This position will also be responsible for supporting the Sr. Programme Manager - Region in Advocacy and lobbying initiatives at the Region.

Programme Manager - Employability and Economic Empowerment

Job Title: Programme Manager - Employability and Economic Empowerment

Department: Programme Implementation

Summary of the Overall Job

This position is responsible for providing technical oversight to Plan India's youth employability and financial inclusion programmes being implemented in the South India region, in line with Plan India's overall Country and Thematic Strategy as well as the state strategies. The job entails providing technical support to State Managers of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Odisha for programme implementation, support to the M&E Manager for monitoring and evaluation, capacity building of the partners and proposal development. The position will be responsible for supporting in advocacy and lobbying initiatives in the region. The Thematic Programme Manager will function in consultation with the Sr. Technical Advisor/Technical Advisor at the Plan India Country office.

Summary of the Overall Job

The position is primarily responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager - Corporate Partnerships in fundraising and prospecting new clients for both private and public sector companies in India for the assigned geography and for specific NO corporate accounts. The position is also responsible for meeting the CSR/HR Heads at various corporates to make pitch presentations, creating customized proposals, key account management of existing corporate donors, as well as for donor servicing, query resolution and grant reporting.

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and energetic telecallers at our Delhi office as part of our fundraising team. Your job would be to interact with our existing donors and renew their support to maximise resources for Plan India's programmes to achieve positive change for children.

Qualification and Experience

You should be a graduate/ undergraduate with minimum 0-2 years of experience in any Telecalling agency or BPO or customer service. You should have good oral & written communication skills in English and Hindi as well as have knowledge of basic computer applications.
