We are looking for dedicated and energetic Fundraiser at our Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad office as part of our fundraising team. Your job would be to interact with potential donors at public places like corporate offices, Malls, residential complexes, etc. and inspire them to support to maximise resources for Plan India's programmes to achieve positive change for children.

Reporting to: The Fundraiser will be reporting to the Team Leader–Fundraising on all issues associated with his/her work responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

You should be a graduate with minimum 0-1 years of experience in any role. You should have good oral & written communication skills in English and Hindi. You should have the ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with wide range of people.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Fundraising Team Leader at our Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore & Hyderabad office as part of our fundraising team. Your job would be to handle the team of 5-8 fundraisers who would interact with potential donors at public places like corporate offices, Malls, residential complexes, etc. and inspire them to support to maximise resources for Plan India's programmes to achieve positive change for children.

Reporting to: The Team Leader will be reporting to the Assistant Manager-IFR on all issues associated with his/her work responsibilities.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

You should be a graduate with minimum 2+ years of experience into team leader role preferably into fundraising or marketing. You should have good oral & written communication skills in English and Hindi. You should have the ability to recruit, train and manage a team and develop them as leaders.

Plan India seeks to recruit a highly motivated, results-driven Manager for the Individual Fundraising portfolio. The ideal candidate would be experienced in capturing and highlighting Donor data trends, donation management operations, CRM, donor servicing and customisation.

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible to develop and effectively run the entire Donations back end Operations, Servicing and robust data management system using CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Data analysis

  • Data Mining of CRM to provide regular key insights on donor profiles, trends and patterns taking into account various parameters.
  • Responsible for dashboard and MIS on achievement and targets on regular basis.
  • Data management and monitoring in CRM

Operations

Data management

  • Ensure timely receipt/deposition and entry of donations from offline and online channels.
  • Ensure data reconciliation and reporting done as per defined timelines.

CRM management

  • Ensure smooth functioning of CRM through co -ordination with internal and external partners.
  • Ensure relevant staff trained in handling the software.
  • Identify needs and guide the agency on module development / change requirements.
  • Prepare and generate periodic reports for MIS and data analysis through the CRM

ECS and NACH processing

  • Ensure all ECS and NACH processing happen as per defined process /timelines.

Payment

  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely payment of agencies and vendors within due date.
  • Track agreements to ensure validity and timely renewals.

Servicing

  • Be responsible for ensuring prompt acknowledgement of donations and responding to queries raised by donors.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant and progressively responsible work experience
  • Expertise in data management and analysis.
  • Significant experience in managing similar job responsibilities

Skills Required

  1. Strong data mining and analysis skill
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  3. Knowledge of CRM system and similar software’s

Education

  • University degree in business administration, finance, statistics or a related field
