Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and energetic telecallers at our Delhi office as part of our fundraising team. Your job would be to interact with our existing donors and renew their support to maximise resources for Plan India's programmes to achieve positive change for children.

Qualification and Experience

You should be a graduate/ undergraduate with minimum 0-2 years of experience in any Telecalling agency or BPO or customer service. You should have good oral & written communication skills in English and Hindi as well as have knowledge of basic computer applications.

This position is responsible for supporting the State Manager in the implementation of Plan India's state strategies in alignment with the CSP objectives; ensuring delivery of quality programmes through partners in terms of outcomes, impact and compliances and supporting effective monitoring and evaluation of the programmes in the state. The position is also responsible for ensuring capacity building of the partners through the Thematic Managers/Coordinators at the state, facilitating budget monitoring, preparing donor reports and coordinating disaster risk management initiatives at the partner level.

Summary of the Overall Job

The position is primarily responsible for supporting the Senior Manager - Corporate Partnerships in fundraising and prospecting new clients for both private and public sector companies in India for the assigned geography and for specific corporate accounts. The position is also responsible for meeting the CSR/HR Heads at various corporates/public sector undertakings (PSUs) to make pitch presentations, creating customized proposals, key account management of existing corporate donors, as well as for donor servicing, query resolution and grant reporting.
