This is a unique Plan program that involves children in undertaking a social equity audit through photography. The project is being implemented in 10 villages in Nagapattinam district and is an important milestone on community governance involving children. Under the project approximately 30 children were trained in using digital cameras and carrying out a social audit of the rehabilitation measures.
