The focus of Plan and its partners is to ensure that “children in India, especially vulnerable children, live in a safe and enabling environment where their rights are recognized, realized and respected”.
Develop safe and enabling environments that ensure children’s right to protection and participation is respected and realised. So they can grow and develop in a world free from abuse, discrimination and exclusion.
